  1. May you please clarify the date on which this adjustment is effective? The newspaper mentioned it otherwise therefore not sure if April as put here and in the same vein, I always thought a tax bracket was based on a range of a taxable income,let’s say 300-500 which lands you in a 28% tax bracket and moving your taxable income 50 000 higher will still have you in the same taxable income for example now 400–500 as per example I just gave or what does it mean moving 50000 up if simply put?
