Want to know how to reverse some of these effects women. Lower carbs and exercise. Hormonal releases related to fat get blocked by excess sugar. Using fat as fuel can regrow scalp hair and many other benefits.

I smashed my PCOS going carnivore. Red meat is super nutritious, 0 carb and absolutely amazing for those with PCOS. Beef, eggs, bacon, butter.

cuteness overload❤

@darkpurplepriestess4706

Beans mess me up so bad. I can't eat them. They spike my blood sugar and i keep craving things afterwards. Red meat is better for me. I can tolerate it better. It makes me full. No cravings, no inflammation.

I have PCOS but am not overweight and my symptoms are relatively mild aside from frequently missed periods and irregular hormones on bloodwork. I’ve been a vegetarian for 10 years and am now vegan for 4 years. I wonder if that has anything to do with my symptoms being pretty mild?

You’re wrong sorry to say it but as I have gone in my own health journey and I know others may be different but no meat is bad whatsoever and beans are very inflammatory and so are potatoes. Meat is not and frankly extremely healthy and helps bring down body inflammation so I’d appreciate if you did more research because I shouldn’t have to tell you , that you are wrong and that’s not good especially if you are a real dr. I know what I’m talking about been dealing with it longer than you and nutrition and health is very important to me. Especially since I have many health problems that have been reversed because of nutrition. Especially since being allergic to carbs

You lost me at excluding meat and including beans, are u vegan? Thats the only way this advice makes any sense! Should be the other way around, beans have starch which convert to glucose in the body, high glucose leads to Insulin resistance which many now know is the root casue of PCOS…. many on the keto diet are having major sucess in treating PCOS
