  1. Nuts are great for you, especially almonds & walnuts for those of us over 39.
But, the skin (the brown stuff) is an inflammatory. Remove it with a good soak, toast the nuts if you like & afterwards you really will have a superfood.

  2. yoghurt is dairy: full of estrogens, dead bacteria, saturated and trans fats, no fiber and no phytonutrients, with atherosclerosis promoting animal protein unneeded; also salmon not needed and can be adding toxins and again un-needed animal proteins. the rest of your recommendations are ok; wonder if Big Dairy supported your ad?

  3. Dead fish r cancerous not very well thought out video yams kale n spinache should be number one dairy anything is really bad coconut yogurt or almond yogurt this is a really stupid video

  4. I am sick of hearing about freakn calories. I dont care about calories except for I need them. I want to know what will help my arteries. If the only docs who have caused reversal of heart disease say no fats..i want to know why. im skinny..nobody can nail down whether these foods are actually good or bad. Everybody just goes on and on about calories. The whole world is NOT overweight. Think of something else.
