A video has emerged showing soldiers executing men accused of being behind an attempted coup in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Rights group are calling for an investigation.

The trade war between the US versus China has made it difficult for the US to obtain rare earth metals. because so far China is the largest exporter of rare earth metals to the United States. As far as I know, China has started to ban the export of rare earth metals to the United States. So it looks like the United States is targeting the Congo because it is rich in rare earth metals. So this is predictable, this is by design and planned
