Today, I am taking a flight from Nairobi, Kenya to a place that not many people visit which is Khartoum, Sudan.
For the best two and a half weeks I will be staying at the best hotel in Sudan which is the Al Salam Rotana Hotel in Khartoum. This hotel was very good but had outrageous prices in terms of accommodations ($280 for a standard hotel…

There aren’t prices on most items in Afra mall beside fruit and veg because most products there aren’t typical sought out for in Sudan. They’re overpriced and the whole mall benefits off of tourists rather than civilians.🤷🏾♀️ watching this was so nostalgic! Im Sudanese and I lived there for 7 years. PRAY FOR SUDAN 🇸🇩

Nice to know you enjoyed it! I last visited Sudan in 2017 and back then you could use your bank card to pay for things. I understand that is still the case. It’s just that you can’t use foreign cards to pay for goods. In shaa Allah Sudan will go back to the beautiful country it once was!!!!
