  1. Yum, I had something like this when I visited Hargeisa last year; you can bet I'll try making this sometime soon!

    Question: is it traditional to serve the gravy/ leftover sauce, or should the pot boil down completely? I feel like when I ate goat in Somaliland, there was no sauce, just meat and rice.
