However, if you want to see pure, traditional, undiluted Senegambian food, then the Gambians are the one who've preserved the tradition. When it comes to Senegambian food, Gambians are more traditional. Of course there are exceptions. I love the dahar (tamarind) spicy mix. Looks delicious.
