America 🇺🇸 are wicked
Thanks God for the peace 🏳🏳
All these people complaining about "the abandonment of the Usa goverment" while no one can asume responsibility for the barbaric murderous spree that occur just there. That murderous spree is not Americas fault, it's your fault.
Corrupt business. Robbery and chaos at its finest
Soul searching..that’s pretty funny. They couldn’t care less about their employees. They paid the workers $3 a day. Scumbag planet is the name we call earth. Or deuchebag central.
2:46. Such a punchable face.
Excellent documentary. Just stellar. 11/10
'gave a country to a serial killer' … israel.
All they had to do was pay the people an equal share. But no, they couldn't do that.
'when evil is given opportunity to reign freely, these things occur…' – says the devil.
Will pbs being doing a documentary of the genocide in Gaza?
'rubber price per wet ton – 666' how appropriate.
7:32 satan.
These people think they are untouchable. The masses will soon turn up on their doorsteps – in their multiples of thousands.
Many leaders worldwide claim always to change the world into a better place to live, yet they have evil mind no wonder it is true that when good leaders reign people rejoice, but when evil leaders reign people groan!!
Doesn’t it looks like a jail with open skyview?
What I want to know is why tHis man decided to fight against his self-proclaimed “people”
Y’all know why C.T always escape prison, because he always use look alikes 🧐🕵🏼♂️
The deal at 6 cents an acre was fair. The land had to be cleared and worked, then the trees brought in and planted, and that takes labor, which was paid. Its the same way American farms are ran. The owners and management always have it like that. Even today. This complaining is just whining
Firestone didn’t care about the war and the dying of innocent children and women but rather their business and how they were loosing money. WHAT A CRUEL WORLD.
One of the best documentaries ever I’ve ever seen🤧 Thank you guys
Excellent documentary. I had a general understanding of Taylor and the Liberian Civil War mostly as it related to the conflict in Sierra Leone. Only reason I became aware of this story was that it was mentioned on an episode of Cumtown, a very serious podcast hosted by a very serious host Nick Mullen.
Charles Taylor work to CIA and Gaddafi
In 2011 New York federal appeals court threw out a lawsuit accusing the Firestone tire company of illegally using child labour in Liberia. God bless America
And they call ut a plantation with a smile.. EVIL
Thank you PBS for such an informative documentary. I had no idea of this.
Liberia is the model for Israel, including fake religious exceptionalism.
This is an amazing documentary.
I wonder if these firestone execs knew just how badly they would come off in this thing. And this is a doc that features a literal war lord opposite them haha. But just from the interviews themselves and referring to their houseboys, boatboys, golf course etc. – couldn't they tell it was going to look bad?
Frontline is a benchmark. I can’t believe I get to tap into this wealth of knowledge for free. 🙏🏼
Any thing Natural must be state owned to cut conflicts
Firestone Single Handedly Destroyed Liberia. The country was economically held hostage and when anyone stood up against its unfair political policies onto the nation they would mysteriously end up Dead, for example Stephen Tolbert the Finance Minister who died in a Plane in 1975 after denying Firestone in a Deal that wasn’t good for Liberia.
This is a racist attempt to cover up Firestone bringing in that racist White Supremacist Culture hence it called a Plantation
This is so heartbreaking…for the love of money is the root of all EVIL😢😢😢
sad
