The deep state hated Nixon.
Nixon spoke against Aipac, Kennedy spoke against Aipac, Cori Bush spoke against Aipac. All had theire ruined. Thats not right.
Ford got screwed by Nixon and Reagan. He pardoned Nixon which damaged his campaign and Reagan running against him did spilt the Republican party. A lot of Reagan Conservatives didn't vote in the 76 election.

Nixon could have went down as one of the greatest presidents. He was just paranoid and thought everyone was out to get him. That was his downfall.

Funny thing about Ford. He was a CIA Director, who declared Robert F Kennedy Senior and John F. Kennedy seniors assassination attempts legitimate Richard Nixon wanted to investigate them two weeks after he told someone he wanted to investigate them. Watergate happened the reporter who wrote the report on Watergate was a former Naval intelligence officer who decided to become a journalist.
