He is in charge of the land, let him go and build a new bigger better smart centre within one year. The money for renovation may built a new center.the centre was built 30years ago during IBB. PLEASE built another center its not a pride to say this is the only one place presidents can host.

Things are so in nigeria because of greed, wickedness, unpatriotism and finally Nigerians dont know what is called "eye sore".
A nation without maintenance, everything is falling apart or has fallen apart,the center cannot hold.The roads are bad,the good ones are covered in sand,no maintenance. The streets are all looking dirty,cars and trucks park anywhere and everywhere,no plan, no order.The buildings and offices are all looking dilapidated, no maintenance.Everybody is on a race on how they can loot the system rather than building a nation.There should be a national maintenance plan on infrastructures, every 2 years or so,maintenance and resurface every road,every two years,painting every building,both public and private every 2 year.lmagine what that would do to the country?The jobs it will create, the beautification,the environmental impacts etc.Why is these things rocket science in Nigeria?
