Faye victory confirmed: Constitutional council ratifies outsider's win


At the age of 44, Senegal’s Bassirou Diomaye Faye is youngest democratically elected president in Africa. He won a landslide victory in presidential elections on Sunday with 54% of the vote, and is promising drastic changes.
