My weight has gone up and down my whole life so I'm speaking about myself here as well. People who eat this way should feel absolutely disgusted by their lack of self control. Eating this way is animalistic. Eating is for survival, and yes food can be absolutely amazing and enjoyable but you don't end up looking like this unless you're over indulgent and glutinous. Absolutely disgusting.
