  1. Everyone consented to this. You choose to eat those things. Pleasure leads to death . Life is ironic. What feels good kills and what is bitter is good for you. I will prefer to fast than to eat fast food. Since I’ve stopped I’ve gone from 242 , pounds to 210 , making good progress making and growing my own food. If you are not responsible for everything in your life, then someone else is.

  2. I think that really obese lady at the beginning of the video likes to makes excuses and not take action for her health.

We make choices. She maybe an emotional eater. For many food is like medicine. And they need to get help for emotional eating.

  3. Fats are not "fatty". Sugar is. Hormones control weight, not simply a case of calories. This news story keeps getting it wrong. If people only ate burgers, no fries, no soda, they would not be fat.

  4. Judging by the first shots hamburgers cause obesity. Vegans will blame the meat, carnivoren the bun. Could we repeat the twin experiment, one half eating the patties and the other the rest?

  5. This is not aging well.

The prices of fast food now, is at the level of dine-in foods and healthy foods, and still rising in price. Soon there won't be any reason to order fast food, since the biggest advantage it had, was very cheap prices.

  6. You just sit around and eat fat & sugar. Of course you gain weight, mist of the people do. You can't stop eating mountains of food. First step: Ask a nutrition expert. You don't know any? So eat food that is big, like fruits, like vegetables, like fish, like beans, but is low on fat and contains no industrial sugar. Start moving, little by little, step by step. Walking, real cyling, with a regular bike, and other exercises. So you lose weight. With bad food and no moving you don't lose weight, you gain more and more. Your body wants to be moved and exercised. In the beginning not to crazy, but more and more. For me personally, I cycle uphill for 30 minutes, 45 minutes or an hour in low gears.

  7. I mean anyone who lives in north America continent knows food is not healthy here. The united states Canada eat similar food that is fried. The Mexican food is different from food in USA and Canada way they season it prepare it but it is made with lors of grease too.

  8. One thing you need to know is that in the mid 70’s US companies started adding huge amounts of high fructose corn syrup (sugar) to every single packaged and processed food you can think of.

  9. At this point we all know how terrible and unhealthy and life threatening poor diet choices can be. We don’t need another government funded “groundbreaking” study to tell us this. People need to take responsibility and make the changes themselves. It’s been the same old healthy lifestyle choices that work and have worked and will continue to work for decades. Eat healthy, in moderation, and exercise. Period. Attacking the fast food industry and passing laws and whatnot is going to make zero difference. People still smoke and use tobacco, people still do illegal street drugs despite all the laws that exist. People still drink gallons of soda all throughout the day despite knowing how bad it is. You cannot force people to change, they have to want to do it themselves.
