  1. You are 100% correct. It is our responsibility as black people to take advantage, and create our own industries. We have to stop prioritizing money, and prioritize industry, and creating opportunities for others within that industry. We cannot alienate each other and expect others to give us more money or opportunities, it doesn’t make sense. It’s like an asking a bird to tend to baby snakes, it’s not logical. All other groups get it, except for us. They get power in numbers. We destroy each other, and steal and hurt each other, and point to racism, when the truth is, we aren’t working with each other, and being loyal to each other.

  2. N even though 50 cent has done nothing but give women better chances than most of these Hollywood ppl giving chances n mainly black women criticize n hate on him ! Esp when he pissed about his BM messing with Puff creepy ass!(You can't even make that stupid shit up!)

  3. Speak the truth we don’t support each other our people are about democracy drama and hate. Different groups of people help each other. These fools don’t even appreciate the sacrifices that has been made for them. It’s all about self.

  4. This is by far your best presentation. You can put this on repeat for a month and you will have much success. Simply as a result of this information being in the air. Touche'-OShay. Drop the mic. Period. How can all these educational achievements BLIND you to the absolute truth that will never change.

  5. Monquie been telling these women alot of things and they just dont listen. Told them about the bonet and told them about the being overweight thing because yes the industry tried to use her just like they are doing Lizzo now.

  6. For once, you spoke sense.
This is why l detest that 🐂💩 hmv ans Boss chick drivel.

The kry to success is Black unity and
    working together.

But many of our people are not ready
    for that.

  7. Dude when you speak on celebrity women you always make note of them making more than their man. Wtf is up with all the pocket watching. I think you're low-key jealous of guys who pull women with money because when u mentioned Monique's husband's financial situation it had absolutely nothing to do wit this subject matter 😂

  8. Boosie is funny comparing Brad Pitt to Taraji P Henson especially during the Benjamin Button's years lol. How can you compare an international sex symbol and movie star like Brad Pitt to someone who was mostly known and grossed some money in black hoods of America 😂😂😂 🤦🏾‍♂️?
Anyway the thing is that to deserve a high salary in Hollywood you have to be bankable and gross huge money on your name alone which isn't the case with many black actresses. Additionally most of them don't have crossover appeal. Let's be honest.

  9. We as black people have been brainwashed into the structural and systemic racism that plagues the world. We gravitate to the negative very easily when it’s our people. Look at the last decade, why are we so quick to believe if they are black and successful there must be something wrong? Jay-z a billionaire he must be Illuminati, Cosby he must be guilty right? Everything Katt said about black people negative must be true, right? Black vs black is good media and we do it to ourselves so much so a black owned platform will tear down other black owned businesses, without white involvement. They got some of us on remote destruct. Dr.Umar where’s the school, right? We feed into it. They handle their ugly business behind closed doors and off line, until the press gets a hold of it. We take folks to the press free of charge. Look at your social media and watch who is promoting good black business, in a positive light. See how many views they have vs the negative. Black business is a trillion dollar business and the more of it that stays out of black pockets goes in to other pockets and money is power. So I would encourage and challenge black social media creators etc to maybe stop jumping on every chance to tear down the next black person male or female. Try unity in “24 Let’s see how long anyone who reads this can go without posting something negative about someone black.

  10. Uh…what about making right financial decisions like invest, real estate, and other forms of income? While what you’re saying isn’t completely wrong, they also have to hold themselves accountable in the aspect that they didn’t do anything to make their money work for them like their male counterparts.

I get what you’re implying, but it’s just as simple as to work for the money, so later on the money works for you.
