I feel like stuff like this should just be considered child abuse.. If you let your child eat 2 plates of food, 5 times a day, that's not showing that you care how your child's health may end up. That's 10 whole plates of food a day.. Now it's completely fine to be a little overweight, but there's a point where it starts affecting your health, and that's when things need to be changed. I know there's somebody out there in this world that'll take this as fat-shaming, but it's not. It's the truth. Them letting their child get to this point is terrible. Obesity can lead to death sometimes, and I think that's just plain common sense. You shouldn't let your child get to this point. If you wanna do that to your own body, then fine, that's your choice that you'll face the consequences for. But if you make the choice to let your child overeat to a point that they get like this, that's also your choice, but your child will be the one facing consequences for it. I so apologize if any of what I said came off as offensive or rude though.

The only medical explanation would be something like hypothyroidism or something along those lines and I don’t know what type of medical care they have an Indonesian, but they should be able to pick that up on any blood work and believe it or not. I bet he’s nutritionally impaired.
