I am a stickler for the facts, so tired of click bait titles..like “This woman lives on Mexico on her $139 pension”-NOT! Kristin, please next time title something more true to the story..”Private evo villa (less than a village) built cheaply with scavaged materials, where much was free”..Left Family etc. out as may not fit in title, (he DID mention paying for things.) Hope you see this and consider this suggestion.
@Zachery, the reason why you need building permits is that sometimes an inexperienced builder does NOT know the right safety regulations so s/he may inadvertently NOT build something safely.
