Falafel – the traditional way 🤩
Falafel – the traditional way 🤩
I love making falafel at home – it’s great with salads, in wraps, as part of a mezze platter! Plus, it’s great for freezing too! Recipe on the blog:

How you guys making falafel with bit of white flour to keep it intact. As I tried once without white flour it was just braking after few seconds in hot oil.

You say it's traditional, but baking powder is a very new invention. How could such an ancient dish contain baking powder? 🤔
recipe says split broad beans but i don’t see it in this video
Thanks for the easy recipe, but instead of adding baking powder at the end, u could use it when u r soiling cheakpeas, cause that way u can wash it out and dont eat it.
girlypop calm down. it's okay. it's gonna be okay. slow down.

what is the mold you used for making the falafel
So tempting, specially after you bite. I'm trying to imagine the taste. 😅

Falafel is a word from the Egyptian language, and it was originally made from fava beans, and you stole it 😂
One of my favorite arabic dishes ever, the best invention, and very delicious if you eat them wrapped in pita bread with tabbouleh salad, hummus and some sesame seed sauce with yogurt, the best of the best 🤤🤤
Trate de hacelos , pero me comi los garvanzos solos
