  1. It's looks good in Djibouti and Somalia we don't use teff flour in the enjera we sure normal wheat flour mix with fenugreek seed and we don't add yeast and leave it to rest 10 to 12 hours so it's not sour as the Ethiopian one. The soup look good also we add the soup cumin and coriander seeds.
