  1. You might as well stay in the USA. Rather than travel 10,000-15,000 miles to get scammed. To go without the simple pleasures of the modern world. Bad roads that flood, land scams, no building codes, lights that don't stay on, and bad schools. Add to that Ghana is on the brink of a depression. Then everybody you met is a crook. Ghana is third world 💩hole!

  2. Hey rush I’m in the process of purchasing a home if and when I’m retired. Can you advise me on how to go about it. I will be needing some type of consultation please help. One credible source I believe that I can at least I can count on. I’m going through similar situation at the moment!! Thanks, look forward to hearing back from you. Help please!!

  3. Very sad but these scammers keep getting away with their crimes. When those who are genuine show up then it is really difficult to believe them because there are too many of the scammers all around.

  4. This is really sad as we all work really hard and have good intentions to come to Ghana to live and be free. I was sold encroached land from a woman name Aleta Israel who is the owner of Ghana Consultations in Asebu. She is from the diaspora duping and overcharging the people in the diaspora. Even our indentures had another couple’s name ( Shout of to the Bodley’s an amazing couple who I reached out to once I saw their name on our documents) along with our name on our indentures. Aleta lied to us in her consultation stating we were getting virgin land and no one has ever owned the land but after speaking with the Bodley’s we found out that they bought the land first and Aleta took back their land because they were asking too many questions regarding updates and she had over sold the land which is why she would never show us our land after purchasing it. There wasn’t any land left until she took back the Bodley’s land but she still took our money. She is very unprofessional, has bad business practices, unorganized, pays her Ghanaian workers very little while she collects thousands in usd, has a very nasty attitude once she receives your money especially if you are inquiring on updates etc. She is a Liar and is building her mansion off the backs of the hard working diaspora’s money. Been in business since 2021 and only has 2 incomplete homes built which is her mansion, another couple home, and a few walls. Everyone has been waiting with no communication. The most she communicates is when it’s time to turn on those cameras to promote her business on YouTube and Instagram. What she isn’t telling her subscribers is she no longer have community 3 the beach front land because the Chief took back his land. She is currently in the King’s court for community 2. Community 1 Chief stop dealing with her over a year ago which is why she had to find another Chief and that’s how she added on community 2. Joe her project manager no longer works for her but she still uploading old videos with him because she knows everyone loves Joe. He is a nice humble Ghanaian we all love. We recently flew in and met with the Chief and he was shocked at how much she charged us for our land when she didn’t pay that much for the land which was supposed to be for her and her family to live on not to be sold to others in the diaspora. Please avoid this woman at all costs. We are still fighting for our full refund as encroachment is illegal and our home could be destroyed if we build on that land per Cape Coast land commissions. Everything I’m stating here is factual and can be backed up with proof while she continues to lie on her YouTube channel. 8 of us have joined forces and more are coming forward to expose her to keep this from happening to our brothers and sisters.

  5. Please be aware scams and corruption happen on epic levels in the USA too. The scams are given fancy names ( i.e. gentrification, eminent domain, refinancing, etc.). By giving the scam a "name" it becomes the norm. Now, no one even realizes we're being scammed here and yaw go around thinking we have justice here. We don't. You can only get justice after being scammed here if you have money to hire an attorney.

  6. I have a new slogan now:

Ghana 🇬🇭 is a horror story for business, Ghana 🇬🇭 is a horror story for business, Ghana 🇬🇭 is a horror story for business, Ghana 🇬🇭 is a horror story for business, Ghana 🇬🇭 is a horror story for business, Ghana 🇬🇭 is a horror story for business, Ghana 🇬🇭 is a horror story for business, if you really really vett it out for 2 years and keep your head on a swivel. And that’s no guarantee either!!!!! You could be wiped out and stranded and on the verge of the CNBC Show American 🇺🇸 Greed or on other scammers shows from CW channel or WB channel jezz!!! Very scary

  7. I see on “Building Ghana’s Future channel says it is “Sucasa”
    The video is titled
    “Did Sucasa Ghana Scam Investors”
Thanks for nothing Tush you are just another “Clickbaiter”

  8. Are you saying…people are making downpayments on a home they haven't seen let alone traveled to the continent to a country in that continent to see the property? 🤔

  9. Yall keep going over there trying to chase these silly motherland pipe dreams. Y'all going to find out sooner or later they don't see us the same way we see them. The joke about it in their inner circles and say we will never be one of them

  10. if you can't mention the name of the company then give it the a reputable media house to do the exposition. Not naming these bad companies doesn't more harm than good. more folks are in line to be scammed

  11. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO NAME THE COMPANY, THEN WHAT IS THE POINT OF THIS VIDEO ? YOU ARE TRYING TO WARN PEOPLE TO BE CAREFUL, BUT REFUSING TO NAME THEM DOES NOT MAKE SENSE AT ALL. I REMEMBER THE COUPLE, WITH THE MAN DISABLED. SAD

  12. I THINK I KNOW THE PEOPLE YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT. THE DISABLE VETRAN. THE MAN AND HIS WIFE. I JUST CAN NOT REMEMBER THEIR CHANNEL NAME. THEY WERE VERY HAPPY. I THINK THEY SHOULD GO ALL THE WAY TO THE PRESIDENT WITH THIS CASE. I HOPE THERE ARE SOME GHANAIANS WHO CAN HELP THEM ALL THE WAY TO THE PRESIDENCY. I WAS REALLY HAPPY FOR THEM. NOW I AN EMBARRASSED AS A GHANAIAN
AKUFFO ADDO NEEDS TO KNOW THIS. SAD

  13. There should be a way for you to be naming and they getting shamed , even if there is a possibility of involving youtubers who are not in the country, they will lose business and that's the way we can get these corrupt old folks out… we need to help ourselves, these greedy old folks don't care about what they do but we need to be smarter than them if we want to have progress.

  14. Rush, this is extremely valuable information for people, like me, who nearly fell for this scam. I'm so glad your video came up in my feed because I very nearly bought one of this, "too good to be true" properties. Thank you so much for the red flag, sir.

  15. The scam starts when people start charging $100 in Ghana for consultation where the currency is cedis…also naming and shaming is the way foward. Making these videos without naming the companies doesn't help anyone. Its just for likes and views

  16. This post by Rush is really unfortunate and Rush should’ve presented it differently. How can Rush call his competitor a scammer? To the extent that the said company is still doing business and building, Rush could’ve said the company is not meeting deadlines instead of labeling them scammers. For Rush to do this video when he himself is a builder of a new development that could face similar hurdles, shows conflict of interest.

  17. Ask yourself would you spend 90k on purchasing land or homes in another country without seeing the place, speaking to locals and getting a feel for the place!!
I have seen lots of vloggers advertising things lately and it is not even correct info!! To buy a home or land in Ghana you need to be on the ground!! Due diligence is key or you will lose out!
