I am Zimbabwean and both gluten and lactose intolerant. Some Zimbo’s are gluten intolerant and may not be aware of it.

Sadza is common word used in in zim but l understand why people are not happy when you are using it,its because 'isitshwala' is undermined you never hear them using it even for 1 second its us who are always are accomodating them by compromising our language which is our identity
But that is not the purpose of this wonderful video,thanks sister.
