I welcome both Japanese and (to a lesser extent) Chinese expansion in Africa. The Europeans will be quite angry about these developments because they won't profit from the improvement of conditions in the African continent.
Very glad.to see people studying Chinese.I as many others matriculated in 3 European languages. English ,Afrikaans and German in 68. It is still a source of bitterness that under Apartheid we as so called Colours were not afforded the opportunity to study a Buntu language. But be that as it may why not learn an Asian language as a third language instead of another European language as we were compelled to do for matriculation exception.
Learning makes you competitive, more skills, the more control in your life.
