  1. Looking at the lawns, and the proximity of the first floor level to the ground, when it rains where will the flood water flow to ? Are there outlets for the water to flow away from the property.?

  2. If 250,000 dollars too expensive, you can try and buy a land at the same location and build yourself. Then you can compare, 2007 I bought a land in that area was cheap but today land there so expensive. I try to come down to ghana and see things for myself very expensive. Importing things to the country very expensive

  3. Funny Ghanaian developers!! How come that high cost? You had all the building materials in Ghana for the building so why that expensive cost? All the environment are full of mosquitoes.

  4. with all due respect I can never say that any house I have seen remotely is of the calibre of an american home. No way. Ghana does not know how to finish houses in the smae way. The kitchens, even the placement of the kitchedn, there is no understanding of this. Ghanaians just build an d with all this ugly pop. Its 2024, do better. The houses arent bad, just nowhere near the US calibre.

  5. That is super overpriced. If the locals can’t buy it then we can’t either. Once moving there we won’t be making American dollars. So it makes no sense to buy a house that cost that much. Only to become broke and have to leave. People don’t seem to think ahead. All yall doing is creating another form of poverty. But the home is gorgeous. I’m just not trynna go broke there.

  6. Why do they even sell in Dollars knowing our Currencies are Cedis?
Oh Ghana, when will the average person live a normal life, let alone buy a house or whatever you call it?
    Its ridiculous 😮
