Not sure it was racist for him to tell her to use the aft lavs. If it were an A320 he would’ve said you the lav in the middle or aft. He was an asswipe and should be reprimanded for his aggressive behavior. If he has a history of poor behavior he should be fired.

16:52 Often times FA’s will ask a a pax if they are WILLING to swap seats to get two pax seated together. This is an extremely common request. HOWEVER, pax can simply say NO, I don’t wish to be reseated. No harm no foul. This isn’t anything new in the industry.

Sometimes it does jam/malfunction and it’s difficult to assist from the outside. 26:47 And if the plane is landing FA’s can not and should not risk their lives to try to help open the door while the plane is touching down. They need to be strapped onto their jump seats per the Federal Aviation Administration law and common sense. Without the full story this is the only scenario that makes sense to me. Otherwise why not press charges for unlawful detainment? 🤔

Flew with them only once 30 years ago and those horrid women they had working for them were so awful and disrespectful to the passengers paying their wages that I swore then and there to never fly with another American flight company ever, period.
Boycot them and they will soon start feeling the pinch in their pockets.
I am so sick of this happening to us. I will be watching American to see how they handle this. I am sure many others are doing the same. I am an avid American consumer. I need them to treat Everyone fairly. Make a public apology and give compensation.For me their actions will speak volumes.

Flight attendants are there for safety. If this flight attendant really believed the judge was drunk, why would he insist she travel to the back of the plan to use the bathroom? Walking to the back of the plane is a much longer distance to travel for a supposedly drunk, elderly lady. If she was drunk, as he claimed, she would be more likely to fall making that long journey on a moving plane. He was clearly lying.
I don't understand how in this day and age racism still exists in the United States. Your system of education seems to be somewhat in need of being overhauled.
