I so enjoy your recipes, I never get to really try them yet because I am an over the road truck driver, however, my husband is Ghanaian and of course I want to be able when I am done to serve my lovely husband with the food he deserves. Thank you for sharing because I am cataloging your recipes for when I am home to try and when we finally go back home to Ghana i won’t be the American who has no idea. lol may God award you for all you righteous efforts.
