Yum. Making this now
This looks soooo good 😊
Interesting, I think I might try that dish. Thank you! 👋🏻🧑🦳😊⛄️
why so much oil???
This recipie is very personal and works to a lot of taste bud. I am a great lover of collard green and will not put that much oil nor need to puree the onions, garlic and ginger at all. Collard green has its own fantastic taste and only need one onion diced and garlic the same and no ginger. The chopping also too fine it can be a bit bigger. Worth trying. Thank you for sharing yours
They way she says collard greens made my day. 😊
I cooked it today and it was heavenly Delicious 🌹🌹🌹🌹
God bless you my dear i just cooked exactly how the way you cooked it and love it ❤😊
Most people in Ethiopia don’t use oil to brown onions. If you scrap the oil this recipe will be nutritious. 👍🏽
Healthy eating habits of these locals!

Haha. When my male Ethiopian friend gave me the Gomen recipe he kept telling me my onions aren’t minced enough. I wonder if his wife also just blended the onion like that. 🙂
