I had this once in Ethiopian restaurant ( didn't like it 😕 ) think because it was cold. barely warm. Also thought it would be spicy …it wasn't. Still going to give this a try. Looks exactly like what I had. ? ..if you don't have spiced butter what can you use ; also how long did you cook stew for. Could I make in slow cooker?? Sorry I know that's a lot of questions but this will be my first time making it. Thank you
