hI thanks for recipe.. spent almost 2-3 hrs cooking, and followed your recipe but as you mentioned i added 5 cups of water, i thought that was too much so i only added about 4 and some,, the only variation from the recipe was I used 1 1/3 pd of meat instead of 2 you used. but at the end my wot so soo watery, I cooked it for another 1 1/2 hr to get rid of the water but still was very watery, the ingera was literally wet and a flood of water was on the sides of my plate.. Are you sure you used 5 cups of water, that seems like a lot..
