Taking an IMF loan is like gambling with your life… nothing but the truth. In most cases the IMF never improves the economic health of these countries, only makes them worse and I bet they do that on purpose.
A deeply divided society can not stand up against the government no matter how the cost of living has risen. Hence, the Ethiopian government gambled at best time and will harvest the good fruit of the gamble in the long term. Ethiopia, is now destined to prosper.
