Espresso Martini cocktail recipe

  1. Don't use Diffords drink guide. The guy who runs it made some snotty remarks about Christianity, then deleted it and made a snotty apology something like "sorry you believe in something that isn't true."

  2. How'd you get that nice foam after shaking it not so vigorously? When I make them without cream or foamer like you did I find it difficult to get a nice foam without shaking it very vigorously. Did you just omit to say you added foamer? Or does the coffee liquor contain an agent especially chosen for foaming espresso martinis properly?

  3. Hey there! I hope you're doing great. I wanted to reach out to you because I have a question regarding the perfect drink for my next gig as a musician. You see, I don't want to get drunk while I'm performing, but I also want something that will keep me energized and in the right mindset to play without getting sleepy.

So, I've been thinking of a formula to create a drink that fits my requirements. I have 24 oz of total drink to work with, and here's what I'm envisioning: a concoction that will give me a boost of energy and a bit of a mood lift without affecting my performance negatively.

If you have any suggestions or recipes that you think would fit the bill, I would greatly appreciate it. I trust your opinion, and I know you have quite the knack for mixology. Looking forward to your advice. Cheers!

  4. I’ve also played around with the ratios, too. You can sub 1 oz of cognac too, instead of straight vodka. Or, if vodka isn’t your thing, do more coffee liqueur and the cognac. Works pretty well for me.
