Simple question: Why is it called Rabat Diamond League if they are racing in Marrakech? I had the good fortune of visiting Morroco last year. Spent quite a bit of time in Marrakech. Fascinating city and country.

This is kinda worrying. Already at the end of May and sprinters are struggling to run sub 10s. Usually around this time, someone has already ran sub 9.90s but we have yet to see it.
