There are only two sexes; male and female. However, body dysphoria is the inability to see/accept one's self in the body you have. For most people who have body (or gender) dysphoria, puberty is a nightmare if puberty blockers are not given at its onset. These aren't snap decisions but rather ones made after significant counseling and with advice from their physicians. I try not to judge things I haven't experienced or researched.
