  3. Equally important is the external, yes de hair, we aren't cowkkkasians why be eating food & having to flick bone straight hair owta yuh eye like 1 of em. The future generation watching & will learn to hate 9 Ether hair & do the unnatural straightening thing..love yourself without not just within, it's kinky for a reason to pick up intelligent messages from the cosmos, that's why it grows reaching up out & beyond..Even Barristers, Magistrates & judges wear curly wigs, so what dat tellin yu'all

  4. Great interview. I am a black woman and vegan for 14+ years at currently age 57- 1/2. I have been running as a vegan during that whole time doing 26.2 marathons, half marathons, 10Ks, and 5Ks and my body had no injuries with fast recoveries after each race. I run to see what I can do for my age as a vegan and I love it. No medications ever in my life and I just signed up for my first 50 mile ultramarathon still as a vegan 😊 Veganism is good for our temple mentally, physically, and spiritually 😊
