Every sector is faulty ….transport ,education,finance ,trade and industry ,energy,environmental,housing ,health ,security services ,agriculture ,….literally every sector is faulty…if any government has no ideas how to fix it at least copy what the Europeans are doing and replicate..simple ….one example is refuse collection ..in Europe every household pays a council tax…this tax is use by the local authority which is equivalent to Ghanas municipal assembly …this tax is used to pay for refuse collection ,street sweepers,weeding, repair street lights ,use to repair local asphalt roads , used to support elderly people to get transportation to and from hospital…they use it also to run the local libraries … So if we adopt this style we would not be waiting for government to come fix street lights ..municipal assembly would not wait for government to release funds before things are done …theres always money available for the municipal assembly to undertake things that are priorities for the specific assembly area …
