Alan Kyerematen was part of the NPP, why didn't the NPP experience an economic boom?..He is also fanning some Bull crap that people rent because they have no money to buy or build thier own homes, while that may be true for others, some people just do not want to own. 2ndly to buy a home abroad in the United States or Western countries, if you do not have down payment and good credit, you cannot buy a house. You need to have a PHYSICAL MONEY in the Bank, a percentage of the total price of the house as downpaymen, Everything ALAN is saying has been said already by John Mahama………………..
