I don't think we should be so inhumane or abuse and abuser or even think that we are the evengers only God is. I really don't think it's ok to do that much like watching a slow torcher until death. Think if we all had to pay for our bad choices in life. Unless they are killers child abuser or child trafficking….I' don't know . This stuff with the quotas makes absolutely no sense whatsover. It benefits absolutely nobody and nothing and in fact ends up costing El Salvador more money than necessary so what is the reason they would do this? This video doesn't explain that. I live in New York city and here they give the cops quotas for traffic tickets. Why? Beause the city needs money and they make a ton of money on traffic tickets. Using innocents to fulfill quotas for arrests though makes no sense. Once you arrest and imprison someone you have to feed them, provide them with medical care, clothe them, house them, and lastly it does nothing to lower crime.

What a new life for citizens that prior to locking them up, we’re terrified daily. Children unable to grow and play in the streets,. Now they can grow and make healthier choices and experience peace, not forced to join to survive. What horrid murders and tortures gangs did.
