  1. My doctor just put me on a Mediterranean diet to help my liver and lose weight and I was just wondering why is gnocchi ok To eat since it’s high in carbs I’m having to re-train my brain thought to Mediterranean from like keto?

  2. Well we did have it for dinner two nights ago. Awesome meal and easy to make. Of course we had left overs. So to have it a little different for the second night. I put it on some Rigatoni pasta. Which went quote well. I definitely will make this again. Suzy, Thanks for the recipe.

  3. Will definitely make this recipe I will cut down the salt. Too much.
Canned tomatoes have more than enough for seasoning. Someone with congestive heart failure or kidney disease could not eat all the salt. Pine nuts are a great touch. I will grate mozzarella for layering and the top. Yum
