  1. I’ve been looking and looking for a legit baladí bread recipe, I have been watching your videos since you started many years ago when I was still single. I am Japanese🇯🇵 Bolivian 🇧🇴 and for some reason I took an interest to Egyptian cuisine. Forward years to now and I’m married to an Egyptian 🇪🇬 Alhamdullilah and so happy 🥰 I had the pleasure to visit beautiful Egypt 🇪🇬 and finally tasted the famous baladi and it was amazing. I miss it so much and I’m sure my husband does too. I remember I saw that you made it before I was married so I am back after looking for a while again and found you’re video again, I’ll for sure be trying it ❤️ shukran again habibti ❤️ May Allah bless you always 🤲🏻❤️

  3. I'm a Greek Cypriot Londoner but lived in 6th October city in Egypt for 4 years and just moved back to the UK. I loved baladi bread. Thanks for sharing your recipe

  4. Hi @Miriam, thanks for your channel. You've helped me get actual pockets! Question for you: I'm noticing the bread divides pretty unevenly. One side is very fluffy, while the other side of the pocket is paper thin (yet together). Wondering how to get a more even sides of the pockets. Also why no flipping?

  5. I saw a video from a popular food channel that visited Cairo. I wanted to make these, possibly turn some into hawawshi. Thank you for sharing your recipes and celebrating your culture – stay proud and keep cooking ☮️
