  1. I would feel sorry for Egyptian but since they supported a military coup of Muhammad Morsi (the FIRST elected leader in Egyptian history by the way), they deserve to live under the modern day pharaoh now.

  2. How do they expect for tourists to have a positive image about their country when they treat tourists that way. I have never heard anything positive about Egypt from tourists and for that reason, i would never go there.

  3. As I'm Native Egyptian let me tell you that Arab Islamic invasion of Egypt which came from Saudi Arabia in the year of 641 who made Egypt Messy and Sad and made it an Islamic Dictatorship like this , they are not Pharaohs at all they are Arab Muslim invaders who came originally from Saudi Arabia 🤦🤦

  4. I’ve been to Egypt multiple times and one of those times I had the street shawarma there, I got food poisoning the next day after eating that and bruh, Egypt really needs to have safety rules for the food because although the food tastes good, the food gives some people food poisoning and causes them to throw up all day and if I ever had food in Egypt, it would only be at a fancy diner or at a fast food restaurant because street food isn’t safe to eat thanks to the food poisoning

  5. Seen another weird video like this about Egypt. Both are idiots. You clearly didn't do ur information before visiting or you either knew that cameras were banned and wanted more views from being idiotic. Anyways, of course they kept ur luggage and brought more security, you clearly have cameras. Cameras/filming , which they hardly allowed (now). Not only that, they told you to delete the clips from your phone yet you didn't listen. Americans trying to take over that country with social media, different language and wealthiness, stubborn and un-educated people like you. Just because americans are used to all the media and fame doesn't mean they are.

  6. You are a liar!!! How dare you! Spread these lies! Shame on you! I have visited Egypt for many years even stayed there for 3 yrs and worked there. I was treated with respect and it's a wonderful country to live. Shame on you for being so racist and disgusting! The police don't ever bother you qith put reason. Shame on you for spreading lies and trying to make Egypt look bad!!! It's a wonderful country with wonderful people!

  7. Same thing happens in America to dam near everybody trying to enter the country. They detain you question you etc. People are harassed by racist police and told not to film the interactions…this is nothing new.

  8. Sonny : I am super pist because they took all your equipment 😢 I feel real hurt 😮‍💨😪 if you could just contact the American Embassy, could you get all equipment back? Or write a letter with detailed description and charge them 50 thousand dollars for taking what's not theirs ! Good luck 👍

  9. As an Egyptian I have to first say sorry friend but right now we have much more important matters to take care of instead of people scamming tourists and poverty. See we're busy suing Netflix because they cast a black actress in a lame docuseries. We need to handle that first ok. Its way more important!

  10. all of this is because of the leader right now, all people think he is a walking angel, he's not, He never was and he will never will, we live in egypt, what makes these people despretaly ask for money is because, we are poor. all of us, all of egyptians are poor, why? u think we don't work? here the husband and the wife both have to work and they can't even afford the prices, Its all the prices They are getting higher and higher, why? Its because that goddamn abdel fattah el sisi spend all the country's money to do what? to construct bridges all over egypt, why again? He wants to make the egyptians feel like he is worth a penny, like He can do anything, he got us in debt, 154 BILLION dollars in debt, he just buys matriels, uses the country's money to buy more, and makes bridges, people with companies don't have the money to produce things, what to do? they higher the prices and lower the amount of things they put in the product, so small markets who buy these now high priced stuff do what?, they higher the prices for the customers, a plate of white cheese costs 60 egp!, thats littrelly my entire savings for 3 months just gone in a really small plate of cheese, my dad once got a 3 thousand bonus in work, 3 thousand egps!!!, he spent them the very same day on groceries… SEE HOW THIS IS FUCKED?, WE NEED SAVING, MEDIA SHOWS THAT MOTHERFUCKER AS AN ANGEL WHO IS ONE OF THE BEST LEADERS OUT THERE, BUT IN REALITY. HE ISN'T

    HELP US!

  11. There has been a lot of terrorism in Egypt several years ago, and they used cameras to film the places to be bombed, so the police are trying to control that this does not happen again, you just have to understand the reason to judge things correctly and welcome everyone in Egypt, it is completely safe now

  12. Honestly being born and lived in Egypt I am deeply sorry for everything that happened and Honestly I would say to go ro alex instead of Cairo again I am deeply sorry and I am beyond ashamed of my country again I am beyond sorry for what happened to you and your crew and anybody who was hurt and scammed I am deeply sorry

  13. Good job Egypt tourism board. Whole lotta people never stepping foot in Egypt ever again. Especially the foodie community, it's ashame also because there is so much history and culture.

  14. I come from Egypt and to be Honest the police there are horrible. But the reason to this is because other countries that are not apart of Africa are trying to invade Egypt. So Egypt is just being extra strict. Oh and the worst place to travel in is Cairo you should go to Asyut its so peaceful there!

  15. Just thinking about how in America people get incarcerated for crimes they didn't commit and sometimes spend the rest of their lives in a cell. I can only imagine how bad this issue is in countries like this around the world.

  16. All these roadblocks and detainment from police, in video and comments of people experiencing similar things. Sounds a lot like they are soliciting bribes, if you don't recognise it and didn't give them anything they kicks you up the chain and confisticate stuff, detain you, make you delete your work etc. with each step up the one in charge get higher rank and bribe or fine level grew until they "confisticate" enough money and stuff.
Of course I could be wrong here, but it has a lot of similarities with some places in Vietnam. Though there they only harass you a bit, delay you and then if they realise you don't understand or they are not getting anything they let you go as there's nothing they can arrest you for. My mom points such occurrence out to me whenever we go there to visit relatives, they and she navigate it really well, sometimes a quick "tip" to "thank for their help" get through any delays instantly, other times put their foot down and tell them no moves them on. Most places are all fine, mainly just airports and train stations and such, minor issues or confusion and they steps in to either clear you in record time or make an exaggerated fuss that makes things extra slow depending on your response.
