  1. I wish i could get such a red color palm oil. I live in the West Midlands and the palm oil selling here is so terrible. Great edikang ikong cooking skill from a none Efik/Ibibio. I'm quite impressed. Although cooking skill is dynamic, we do not use herbs. The base of Efik/Akwa Ibom soup are crayfish and good dry fish. You really did use a good amount of crayfish, that got me surprise because most cooking channels on youtube do not.

  2. Thank u, love the straightforward way you made it 🙂 .
hmm the meat too much oo..thanks for reminding me i need to watch my waistline as well, including my colour and height 🙂 Nice one sir..keep it up.

  3. No mixed herbs and onions pls
You need to buy a big pot for your cooking 'cos the meat n stock fish take a better part of the pot and your veggies are left hanging out.
Pls do your research on Calabar dishes before you post your videos. I am yet to see one dish you made right.

  4. i am in china and it might be so hard to find all ingredients 🙁 but i am definitely gonna try it , actually recently knew about his dish like 30mins ago lol and am Nigerian gosh…this look yummy great video . definitely a thumbs up 🙂

  5. Very nice and simple and looks appetizing as well. Can you use only spinach if waterleaf and ugu isn't readily available?
By the way, you have a good singing voice, hope you are using that talent as well in serving the Lord?

  6. One thing about being African is that we make the most of what we are doing and enjoy it. Even if a couple of 'necessities' may be missing we still make it go down well and have a blast!! 🙂  The food as usual looks appetising and MOREISH!! Well done once again my brother.
