There is privatisation and then the ANC’s version. A prepaid meter (electricity) costs R800. Under ANC it was R 12000 p/meter. Zuma Reddy deal for Joburg. Worse in Tshwane! Under Mayor Ramakgopa a meter cost R76000 on a rental! (Peu meter deal)
