8:26 The kitchen scene is truly horrendous, but it can be redesigned to incorporate a big open outside kitchen space. There would be much space for all the pots, pans, etc – storage for knives, stirring utensils etc, lots of wide tables workspace for food preparation.
The actual cooking could be done on a few ironwooden stoves will interchangeable grill sizes, an clay oven to bake bread, chapati and cake.
A big Chinese wok to fry chrispy chicken, etc.
Of course tap water, would run to two dishes sink, another sink just for washig hands for good hygiene pratises, and another sink for washing foodstuff.
There would so much organised space for multiple kitchen chefs and cooks in a more cleaner environment, which except forvthe initial out lay – it would increase food production for catering and wedding party food. A great kitchen would help make a food business to be profitable or neighbourhood cooking less of a chore.
It would not cost much to do.
