  1. When you give up sugar – the first week is hell. Then, miraculously, food tastes better than ever! Fresh fruits and veg are delicious once you stop taking the poison. Now – the hardest part is staying on track while friends and family try to convince you to "just have a little" of the addictive stuff.

  2. Oh I how much I wish to be able to eat like Ammar did in this episode!!!…unfortunately fresh produce/fish is so expensive these days (especially at farmer's markets)…can anyone relate?

  3. This is so fake, even if you eat mcdonalds for one day you won't get tired immediately. Also it still gives you energy kcal. Id rather get tired of eating only salads and plant based foods. It tried this and the only result you get is you get depressed from 0 to 100 real quick.

  4. Junkfood and fastfood should not be a staple in your diet. Its okay to endulge every once in a while, but as you have noticed its just not good for you. Also, Ammar apparently turnt into a chef in just 7 days. Amazing cooking.

  5. With Ammars diet, now add 500 reps x 5 positions and a 20 minute cycle or run and i promise you will feep lile flying everyday. Its literally a natural addiction to being healthy. Sometimes i end up doing 2000 reps of each, but ill be knocked totally our after.. i work as a chef and i always refuse to eat there, they get mad at me haha but i cook at home. I am thankfully open to eating anything as long as its nutirious, when i was young, i hated mushrooms, not i snack on them raw or make a dense soup,etc. Give it a try, i promise you wont be disappointed if you push through it.

  6. Wow this episode made me realize how bad I have been eating all my life and why i feel the way I do on a daily basis. This was a huge eye opener and I am going to try to apply what i learned from this video to my daily life. I have been watching Yes Theory for a little over 2 months now since I discovered it and I absolutely love this channel. Thumbs up to Thomas and Ammar for going through this challenge. You guys are awesome, I usually binge watch your videos lol Yes Theory has brought so much joy and happiness to my life and it feels like im a part of the family with you guys. I cannot imagine my life without Yes Theory!!! God Bless You All!!!!!

  7. it's amazing that this young man Thomas could withstand all of that junk food after not eating it for almost 12 years. WoW. Impressive. I understand the mood aspect of it, I wonder how much weight he put on, in only one week. ? 🤔

  9. "… with a food industry that is increasingly misguiding us …" especially true for the US market and it's abundance of choice of unhealthy processed food. Sadly that trend has spread to other contries over decades.

    Man, WHY is it alwayts McD's? Because it's the worst, and relatable to everyone of course … but godsdamn, McD's is The Feckin' WORST 😀

  11. Im Moroccan and the first time i lived with an Arab ( Lebanese guy grew up in Saudi) i was shocked. He would not cook he would only order food delivery burger pizza subway. He would not smell good the room was a messy house.😅 Please guy tell ke this us not the norm among eastern arabs and saudis among age of 30 please. I was really shocked ah and of course mountain dew bottles piling up in his room

Plant based maybe but chicken is also vital for muscle growth as it contains complete sets of amino acids, eggs for healthy cholesterol and dairy such as yoghurt for your gut microbiome, id even say that beef tallow and liver contain all the essential minerals you need to build and maintain muscle
