  1. I think its a little silly using Vince Giranda as an example of why its so healthy to do what you are doing, when the man had heart problems and literally died of a heart attack. Not saying your diet is particularly bad, but I think its not a great example to use, and even seeing one person being fit and healthy doesn't mean it will work for everyone.
    A lot of "fit" looking people die young from heart attacks, and a lot of fairly sedentary people all over the world, who eat very little, end up living to over 100 years old… What I'm saying is that it doesn't mean anything, to hold up one person's anecdotal experience to mean that what they are doing is great for you or everyone else.

  2. Being "jacked" isn't a particularly good indicator of overall health. Many "jacked" people still end up dying of a heart attack. If you haven't gotten bloodwork done before, you should, just in case, because you'd be surprised when you see how many people who look so much healthier and fitter than everyone else, end up dying of a heart attack. Its not worth being ignorant if you haven't gotten any tests done, and when going on extreme diets like the carnivore diet, you should definitely get a checkup every now 'n then even if you "feel good".
    Even Vince Giranda, the man you hold up as a shining example of a healthy individual, died of a heart attack. I'm not saying what you are doing is bad, but for others reading, don't assume everything you hear on the internet is right. See a health professional, and get an occasional checkup when going on extreme diets like this, just in case.

  3. Politicians, journalists and health experts colluded with pharmaceutical companies during COVID-19. Have you noticed how they are trying to get rid of our farmers and persuade us to stop eating meat and eggs?

    No farmers=no food

    No politicians=more peace, greater prosperity, better health and increased freedom

    We have been conditioned to think that only politicians can solve our problems. Maybe at some point we'll wake up and recognise that it is our belief in politicians and authority which is the problem.

  4. The recent studies I’ve been following are showing that if you lower your cholesterol, your chances of death INCREASE by over 20%. I eat an average of a dozen eggs everyday myself, sardines or jerky to snack on, and around 1.5-2lbs of beef on top of that. Drugs are bad folks, and that’s exactly what they want us on. Their drugs. We eat their junk food, we stay sick and unhealthy and we take their drugs to get better. Agriculture and Pharmaceuticals are big business. And ask yourself this…why is Bill Gates buying up so much US farmland, promoting fake meat, and wanting to add MRNA vaccines into the food we eat? 🧐

  6. Excellent content dude. I eat 12 eggs a day on average (plus other meats and fruits) and my family constantly points out how bad that is for me. Ironic thing is, no one bats an eye on pizza night…

  7. Ive raise my own chickens and have been eating eggs daily for years. I saw a study from the establishment that stated common cereals were healthier than eggs they dont want you healthy your worth more money sick 🤒

  8. Raw eggs are known to get people out of their death beds. Like 20 – 30 raw eggs per day. You can eat any amount you want. They are easy to digest.
    People with higher levels of cholesterol will have less heart attacks and strokes.
    Cholesterol are carriers of different types of fats. They are needed to move fats around the body.

  9. you are 100% correct. I'm 60 years old and I've been eating lots of eggs all my life. My BP is good. My cholesterol levels r good. I'm in good shape and have a decent amount of muscle for my age.

  11. 0:05 Your arteries does not give a flying duck about your sport performance, you could have plack accumulation and arteries blockage in 60-80% range. A sport guy called Michael Reilly had 3 entire arteries blocked on many years of keto, low carbs, no seed oils etc.
    Go for a scan and find out what it is.

  12. vince gironda died of (surprise surprise) heart failure, they same way your are going to with your high cholesterol diet, also you didn't show what your LDL levels were (most likely because it was high)
