  2. Outside of people who are starving to death or are bulimic there has never been a case of protein deficiency. We do not need half the protein which is suggested b y the meat and dairy Industries

  3. Did you just say Bok choi salad??? Eeew… Bok Choi must be cooked.. Big NO for salad assuming you're suggesting people to eat it raw cause it has a super weird taste and super chewy…us Chinese always fully cook it, even then, it's still quite tough. Also Pok Choi is a cruciferous vegetable, when eaten raw, it contains an enzyme called Myrosinase that can hinder thyroid function by preventing the body from absorbing iodine. I know cauliflower is in the same family but at least that tastes better, though I definitely semi cook that too before putting it in my salads.

  4. Eating tuna as often as you can? Be careful with that, it contains mercury. In different levels, but still!
“Certain types of tuna are high in mercury, which can have harmful effects on health in high amounts or in certain populations.” Medical News Today

Hello there 🎉 my favorite breakfast are two, the first one is eggs, with something that there in latinoamérica we called arepa 🫓 with cheese inside of it, and some coffee, and the other one is scrambled eggs with tomato onion, and, some oatmeal with milk and banana o another fruit, that two are delicious and with a lot of protein, fats and carbohydrates, the best to start the day I think hehe

  8. So can we eat avocado’s on wheat bread? It’s so crazy cuz a lot of the food they say is good for you, they have been saying is fattening and not to eat it. Like wheat bread, avacado’s, my whole life they have been saying bananas are good for you and now they’re saying they’re not? What the heck? And it sucks because I love bananas.
