  1. Im certain some of these bodybuilders suffers from a body dysmorphic mental disorder.
They look like they're about to explode from all the muscle, and are having problems even moving normally, yet they continue to strive to increase mass and become bigger and bigger .. like there's no limit, no matter how big they are, they want to be bigger.
Most of them are so big they don't even look good anymore.

  2. You mean taking your steroids…you think people are dumb, everyones wise to bodybuiding fake life style. All of them should be ashamed of themselves. Youre no motivation, it takes a real man to bulk up the natural way. Weak men only juice up cuz they think thats bodybuiding lmao

  3. I understand that gym and exercise is great for the body but whats the significance behind "bulking",what value does it provide to you?Do understand that this is a genuine doubt.

  4. Started on 2000 calories a day, and now I am on 3500. four meals a day all from food and no supplements. I don't think I can take in more food so I will rather get calorie supplements if I want to get to 5000 a day

  5. It’s laughable when you hear these professional bodybuilders talking about having 6- 8 meals. You can eat those many times only if you are on steroids. If you eat 6-8 meals without steroids, you will be excessively fat.

  6. Rich pianna use to say build up to 3 hours a day training, 10 meals a day😂 skip having a life ✅ skip having a girlfriend ✅ 😂 mad eds but love it,i struggle past 3 meals, 60 mins is plenty, RIP rich

  7. Why do so many people associate "motivation" and being the best you can be with becoming a swollen caricature of a human that requires you to maintain it through daily misery?
