  6. Thank you for the tips! Tooo much sugar and dairy are a big nono for me. I do like the oatmeal with the egg and pico! I am always looking for protein options for breakfast! Usually oats and walnuts with a dab of cinnamon is my go to breakfast. With Summer coming quicky, I start making my breakfast cookies and have 1 or 2 depending on how hungry I am. Fruits come later in the day so can team them with a protein.
