  1. Well, this recipe is too high in calories for tooooooo little protein (around 50 gms). I know the intention is bulking here but I would expect at least 80-90 grams of protein for nearly a 900 calorie drink. I would ditch the olive oil and use peanut butter instead for more protein, and full fat Greek yogurt or muscle milk to blend instead of water. Pure fat is absolutely useless for muscle bulking.

  2. Alright not too bad. Isnโ€™t too far off of my go to breakfast smoothie just one more scoop of protein powder plus the olive oil ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป sounds good!

  3. I think itโ€™s fair to say peanut butter is an absolute atrocity to have turned into liquid, I drank a shake with peanut butter and tried my best to hold it in but threw everything up.

    PS: It will literally ruin peanut butter for you, well I mean just donโ€™t liquidate peanut butter, it will make you vomit.
