Thank you for this video! I will definitely try it. One question
When I was in Kenya a few months ago, the people there were making the chapati's a lot. When they would cook them I remember them cooking them for a bit and then after a while cook them again when you had a lot of it. And they were turning it constantly while cooking. Is that just a different method or are those really different from yours?
