  3. I am just seing this video. And i want to ask. How long does it take to store the chin chin in a tight container after frying it. Like should someone store it after 2, 3 mins you are done frying it?

  5. Don't add eggs to your chin chin if you want it to keep longer. Correction please, the soft crunchy texture of chin chin is not achieved by adding eggs. It's by adding more than a little enough margarine and gentle kneading. Don't work the dough for too long or the dough will form a streachy tough texture which gives you a hard texture after frying

  6. Please ma my chin chin kept on cracking after frying and the oil.was just bubbling and spilling everywhere. Please what could I have done wrong and what advise can you give me thank you
