Many of us have creases that go down below the corners of our eyes, this should be directed at people with moderately hooded eyes

Okay, how do you get the pigment of the felt tip to color directly from the tip? I keep having an issue where the tip becomes dry, I end up having to use the base to color my liner, drag the tip through it, and THEN I can use the tip again.
I honestly had no idea that I had hooded eyes until I started having trouble with liquid eyeliner.

my crease starts way before my lower lash line, not further in. im struggling to find hooded eye liner that actually works for me, bc unfortunately most of this dont. :( avoiding the crease isnt an option unless i want the wing to almost point downwards.

If only I saw this 28 years years ago before my hooded eyes dropped so that my hoods have hoods lol. I have YET to find a way to put on winged eyeliner that "glides" across a dropped hood. Felt tips skip if you try to do it lightly and drag if you put pressure. I blink immediately when I touch my lashes, so inevitably my left side inner corner looks awful but my hood drop is far less, so the wing looks decent. My right eye the inner eye looks decent and the wing looks like hell because the hood basically drops to the dayum floor. 🤣🤣🤦♀️🤦♀️
